A New Workout

One of the best workouts to accomplish weight loss, build lean muscle mass, develop posture, and increase cardiovascular conditioning is to do circuit weight training with your own body weight. I love to use the TRX to train anywhere at anytime with over 200 different exercises. There are the atomic pushups, single arm rows, pendulum swings, and so many more exercise that when done in the proper sequence, train the entire body in ways that you have probably never been trained. The constant pace will give you cardiovascular conditioning as well as amazing strength that starts from the core. Every exercise we do, recruits the core. These are not boring exercises that will let you sit in a chair and focus on one muscle group, while the rest of your body is relaxed. We train movements and recruit multiple muscle groups.

We use the TRX at our GET Ripped (Group Exercise Training) Bootcamp. It is the one piece of equipment that people tend to love the most. I will have a new book out soon that show the best way to train to achieve maximal fitness levels using the TRX.
