Walking To Lose Weight

I know a lot of people are struggling to lose weight now that we’re past the holidays. I always hate this time of the year because I, like many others,am on my Annual Diet. Starvation and jogging or swimming or a Stairmaster. It’s depressing.

But this year is different because I decided to lose weight the natural way, which my cardiologist turned me onto, and instead of jogging through the snows of Chicago in January, he said Actually, walking to lose weight was better because you can walk a lot longer than you can run. Plus you can easily walk indoors–a mall, for example–if you don’t enjoy the outdoors when there’s a foot of snow and ice and a wind chill of fifty below! That’s all I needed to hear. I’m gonna lose thirt pounds and finally keep it off!
