What Cause’s Bad Breath
A lot of people think that by brushing their teeth they can be easily to rid of their bad breath. Sometimes that can be the answer but not always. The reason is that bad breath doesn’t always come from not brushing your teeth after you have eaten. Some of the reasons for bad breath can be common and you probably have taken steps to correct it. There are other reasons for bad breath that you may not have considered. If you really understand and know the cause of your bad breath then you can easily remedy it by brushing your teeth.
It is common knowledge that dirty teeth is the biggest reason and cause of bad breath. If that is the case then you may need to look at your habits and make a change to keep the problem from coming back. If that takes care of the problem and you no longer have bad breath then you have found your answer. Most of the time though we’re gone for long periods of time, so chewing a piece of flavorful gum can be the answer until you brush again.
Sometimes it is what we eat that causes the bad breath. However there is not much we can do about that or is there? Garlic and onions are just an example of the many foods that can cause bad breath.
There could be a situation where no matter how many times you brush your teeth the bad breath problem does not go away. One cause could be food that is stuck between your teeth, and if brushing doesn’t take care of it then you will need to floss. Flossing removes the food from between the teeth. Some bad breath remedies may require you to consult a professional dentist. Bad breath can also be caused by bacteria and infections, it may be from a cavity that you do not know about, or it could be just a matter of brushing your tongue, in which most people don’t consider. It’s a good idea to hit whole areas of your mouth when brushing your teeth. However if all else fails and you have run out of bad breath remedies that it’s a good idea that you schedule an appointment with her dentist. If it turns out to be an infection than once the two tooth is repaired the bad breath will go away and your health will rebound.
