			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I know a lot of people are struggling to lose weight now that we&#8217;re past the holidays. I always hate this time of the year because I, like many others,am on my Annual Diet. Starvation and jogging or swimming or a Stairmaster. It&#8217;s depressing.</p>
<p>But this year is different because I decided to lose weight the natural way, which my cardiologist turned me onto, and instead of jogging through the snows of Chicago in January, he said  Actually, <a href="http://reviewsweightlossprograms.blogspot.com/2010/01/weight-loss-reviews.html">walking to lose weight </a>was better because you can walk a lot longer than you can run.
