<p>Do you actually like going to the local gym everyday? Now<br />seriously, be honest about this one.</p>
<p>Personally I hate going to  the gym. It&#8217;s plain and simply a hassle for me. It&#8217;s just one more thing  that I have to try and squeeze into my day. On the other hand, I&#8217;m not  opposed to purchasing gym<br />equipment. I always prefer to just own the stuff. This way I<br />can have instant access to it whenever I please. Trust me;<br />the convenience makes a whole lot of difference. Not only<br />will owning gym equipment make it simpler, but it may<br />actually encourage you to exercise more frequently. I know<br />that it has certainly had this effect on me.</p>

<p>Although I set up a gym center in the basement, I would<br />spend very little time working out on it. I had plenty of<br />fitness equipment, but I just couldn&#8217;t get myself motivated.<br />The gym equipment basically sat there and gathered dust.<br />There was no one around to encourage me,And I could<br />always put it off until later. <p>Running is not only a good way to get fit and loose weight will also strengthen your heart and lungs. You can run almost anytime anywhere you want when convenient to do so. This is why running has become even more popular over the years with millions taking up this form of fitness, for all the reasons above.</p>
<p>Even with running people can get it wrong, especially trying to do too much too soon ending up burnt out. So how does one stop this from happening?&#8230;Planning is the key to successful training and <strong><em><a href="http://www.runningraces.org">running races</a></em></strong>. Every good runner will have aplan in place on what and how they will complete what they have set in their training regime.</p>
<p>Let&rsquo;s take a look at some things that may make it a little easier to get started on a running routine without running yourself into the ground;</p>
<p>1. Followed a set plan of training over a period time frame prior to the race.<br />2. Ensured that any injuries are rested and healed prior to the race day.<br />3. Worn your trainers, race kit, several times before the race day.<br />4.  Have run the complete distance at least once if not many times.<br />5. Have a fixed plan of how you&#8217;ll going to run the race, your goals and how to achieve them.<br />6. Have visualised over and over successful training days and races.</p>
<p>Putting this into action will put you ahead of most of the field&#8230;take action now for successful running days!</p></p>
