I wonder how many people believe that you need to spend a lot of time thinking and planning what you eat in order to stay full of energy and enjoy healthy weight.
Television advertising tells us about the obesity problem and the need to plan our eating, or to take this pill or that eating plan however research indicates that naturally slim people have a relatively comfortable relationship with food, so they don’t really focus on it all that much.
