Blood Sugar Diabetes

Blood sugar diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that involves the pancreas not being able to produce any insulin (Type 1), too little insulin or even producing normal levels of insulin but the body simply does not know use this insulin produced (Type 2). Some pregnant women may develop gestational diabetes which disappears after the birth. These pregnant women may develop Type 2 diabetes later on.

These problems with insulin, impairs the body’s ability to convert sugar or glucose which is the simplest form of sugars into usable energy required by the different cells of the body in order to function properly.

We should not disregard blood sugar diabetes if we really love our family. Remember that prevention is better than any cure.
