Diabetes Health – Don’t worry be happy!
Diabetes health balances on being happy and this is something that all diabetics should get on to, the reason for this that there is a link between stress and how it does effect the diabetics blood glucose levels. And let’s face it we are always being told to stress less even the people who have not got diabetes you should find ways to make yourself feel happy everyday.
So what is being happy all about? Being happy is finding enjoyment in the simple things in life that make us happy or bring joy to us that cost little to nothing but research suggests that by keeping happy we will not only be calmer but also have better health. So how do people get in a happy frame of mind? There are a few ways and listed are but a few things that make people feel a whole lot better.
Don’t worry be happy by:
- Getting a hug from someone that loves you
- Seeing an elderly couple holding hands
- Walking barefoot in the sand
- Getting at least 20 minutes natural sunshine per day
- Fresh sheets on a bed
- 30 minute walk
- A thank you from a boss or a colleague
