Are Supplements Good or Bad
Our daily life these days are one big rush. There is hardly enough time to sit down and have a decent meal. That is why the majority of us rely on supplements to supply our bodies with the nutrients it needs.
Are supplements good or bad? What essential nutrients do our bodies need and how much?
The truth is we should be very careful what we swallow in a hurry and what amount because too much could be harmful rather than beneficial to our health. It can put strain certain organs like the liver (which function is to clean our body) and worst of all cause damage.
The best is to rather consult your doctor or a nutritionist to find out if you need to take any supplements and the correct daily amount to take. First try to follow a healthy diet – if not possible, do your body and health a favor by ensuring you do not do more harm than good by taking any supplements.
