Pilates for Health, Endurance and Personal Improvement

From my experience, I’ve noticed it is almost with a symphonic and coordinated manner that trainers, physical therapists and coaches speak reverently of Pilates – the Pilates Method – of fitness training as an honored, therapeutic approach to health improvement and maintenance. For those who are devoted to Pilates, the health benefits are many. Benefits such as improved posture, grace and presence convey confidence and poise, which are personal and physical traits difficult to develop, by any measure.

Joseph Pilates was born in Germany in 1883, and because of poor health as a child, developed a fitness discipline to improve, enhance and maintain good health over time. After many years of purveying his methods, it is for good reason that many people today practice Pilates to enhance and improve their physical attractiveness. Whether for daily physical function, presentation in their daily attire, or achieving a very seductive look for evening events, Pilates devotees always attain their desired effects.
