How many times have you lost weight only to pile on the pounds -with extras- not too long afterwards. It isn’t your fault that this happens you know. It is a physiological fact that a person or animal that is deprived of food will certainly regain it. First nature increases your appetite so that maybe even without realising it you eat more.Another thing that happens is that your body becomes much better at saving in the form of body fat every little bit of nourishment it can get. It becomes expert at conserving energy and it will even slow down your metabolism in order to refit itself with a safe layer of spare calories.

So that is why your diet isn’t working any more. If you do lose weight you soon bounce back. Well at last a diet has been produced that takes this into account and plans for it. This new diet ensures that you will not pile on the fat again. You have to follow it for life but it isn’t too onerous and its a lot better than dieting for ever.
