It Helps to Think Long Term To Lose Weight

We all know what we should and should not do in order to lose weight and that is the problem. We are bombarded from all sides with advice from so-called experts and diet gurus and TV doctors who give us conflicting advice about shedding pounds. They all say to stay away from fad diets and we all know what those are. Fad diets are ones that recommend only one type of food like the famous Grapefruit Diet (this one actually works), Beet Juice Diet (horrible unless you love beet juice), and Liquid Diets. And if the motivation is strong enough you will lose the weight. The question is: how will you keep it off after the event has passed?
