Chief Complaint – Menopause Headaches

Menopause brings about huge changes in a woman’s body, more so than even puberty or bearing children. Hormone levels are changing as a woman leaves her child-bearing years behind. This can occur at almost anytime in a woman’s life. Some women enter menopause in their late forties, while others can be as old as in their sixties when they finally enter menopause. One of the chief complaints about this time of life are menopause headaches. As the body tries to adjust to changing hormone levels, it can cause a wide range of symptoms. Headaches are one of the more common problems. Luckily most of these headaches are easily treated. A visit to your physician can help determine which course of action id best for you.
