Increasingly, pole barns are being built as RV storage. Pole barns are popular because they are easy to build and relatively inexpensive, and the turnaround time from conception to completions is very fast.</div>
<p>
<div style="width: 1px;height: 1px">Pole barns are built by placing long poles into holes, adding a roof and, sometimes, covering the sides. Some pole barns have doors and windows as options. Pole barns can be constructed anywhere and require no more than three people to build.</div>
<p>
<div style="width: 1px;height: 1px">Choose a level area 10 feet wider and 10 feet longer than your building size. Round these numbers up to the nearest 8 foot mark. Pole buildings are normally made in 8-foot sections to accommodate roof and side panels.</div>

<div style="width: 1px;height: 1px">Choose the placing of post holes. Post holes should be 8 feet apart. Dig post holes 16 inches on all sides and 3 to 4 feet deep depending on local code and conditions. Pole barns built in extremely cold locations require holes usually set 16&#8243; deeper than the prevailing frost line.</div>

<div style="width: 1px;height: 1px">Place one pole in each hole and use the carpenter&#8217;s level to check for vertical alignment. Brace the poles with 2-by-4s. Mix one bag of concrete per hole. Mix the concrete with water until it is the consistency of a thick soup. Pour concrete into each hole and allow to set for several days.</div>

<div style="width: 1px;height: 1px">Set 2-by-8 stringers securely across the top of the poles around the entire building. Fit preconstructed trusses across the stringers. Generally three people are needed to raise preengineered trusses and nail in place.</div>

<div style="width: 1px;height: 1px">Install 2&#215;4 purlin nailers accross the top of the trusses, two to three feet on centers to attach the metal roofing to.</div>
<p>
<div style="width: 1px;height: 1px">Install roofing by overlapping roof pieces over the preconstructed trusses. Use roofing hardware included with the roof pieces. Install the metal roof cap across the top of the roof to allow air to vent.</div>

<div style="width: 1px;height: 1px">Install siding if desired. Siding is not required on pole barns, as the poles give the barn all of its structural integrity.</div>

<p>The most important thing is to understand what a panic disorder actually is. It is basically a sudden and inexplicable fear associated with something like flying or being in a large group of people that causes the sufferer to have a panic attack.</p>

He would literally tremble, start to sweat, and eventually have to get off of the elevator, and it took him a long  while to recover. This was at work, and when he would leave, he would take take the stairs down several stories to avoid the elevator.</p>
<p>He finally gathered the courage to go and see a therapist, and she took a cognitive behavioral approach by talking to him about his disorder and explaining to him that his panic attacks were brought on by the perception of danger associated with the elevator.</p>
<p>She told him that his fear was very real, but that there was no threat of harm. She then brought him to an elevator to gradually desensitize him by taking up a few floors at a time, and asking him to rate his level on a scale of 1 to 10. At first, it was around a nine, but as time went by, the therapist taught him breathing and relaxation techniques, and he saw that he was safe, he was able to overcome his problem and even said that he no longer suffered from panic attacks.</p>
<p>There is help out there for people who have these problems, and psychiatrists and psychologists deal with these type of issues on a regular basis. There are the atomic pushups, single arm rows, pendulum swings, and so many more exercise that when done in the proper sequence, train the entire body in ways that you have probably never been trained.  The constant pace will give you cardiovascular conditioning as well as amazing strength that starts from the core.  Every exercise we do, recruits the core.  These are not boring exercises that will let you sit in a chair and focus on one muscle group, while the rest of your body is relaxed.  We train movements and recruit multiple muscle groups.</p>
