<p>There are many fortunate women who have always been fit and trim and could eat practically anything without having to worry about gaining weight. Luckily I was one of these women, but then I had trouble losing weight after having kids.It seems that I&#8217;ve been struggling for years to lose the last five pounds of extra fat that I gained during my pregnancy. Most of that weight is concentrated in my belly, giving me a very noticeable paunch that gets in the way of wearing sexy clothes. I also work out six days per week, alternating between running four miles outdoors and going to the gym to hit the Stairmaster and weights.
