My Vegan 30-Day Challenge

I just finished reading The China Experiment, a great book on nutritional studies and it’s led to my decision to try out a vegan diet for the next month. It’s for a few reasons, I want to see why all vegans love being vegans. I also want to see if lack of meat makes my body crave it (something I rarely crave now). And perhaps more importantly I want to see how my body reacts in terms of body fat and energy. Now that I am back from my vacation the weight training and cardio workout plans will continue plus I really want to add a few circuit training workouts in for an extra metabolic boost. I guess after the month I’ll see if I can keep it up and if my marriage can handle the change, lol.

It does take some work, since I have to make sure to eat more than nuts and pasta. I actually have three types of beens soaking now so I can cook and make lunches out of them to freeze for the week.
