Acai Berry and Cancer Cells
A recent study by the University of Florida showed some search results with the Acai berry.
The study is one of the first performed in many attributed to the acai.
In the latest researches were found six different extracts in the pulp of acai.
At least four of these extracts largely kill cancer cells when applied 24 hours or more.
The extract of acai may destroy 35% of cancer cells depending on the type of extract drawn as acai.
The results are very optimistic. Acai has a lot of antioxidants and these antioxidants are substances that may protect cells caused by unstable molecules known as free radicals.Theories show that one of the causes of cancer can be associated with the effects of free radicals. Many experts have different opinions on this subject on the effect of antioxidants in the cells of the human body because of the many other lifestyle factors that have to be factored into the equation.
In Brazil, acai is consumed by many preferentially at the north of the country.
Doctors have warned that some products made from acai in the USA are not legitimate.
If you purchase products of acai, please, buy them only from sites that have reputation in the market.
